We will do what we can to schedule siblings during concurrent sessions.

The atrium is the meeting ground between the home and the church. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd does not replace the domestic church and Sunday Mass attendance. It offers remote preparation for Mass.

Sacramental Preparation (First Communion & First Reconciliation)
+ This is a 2-year program, beginning with a prerequisite year followed by the year of sacramental preparation. Preparation begins in early October.
+ Children in 1st grade should begin their prerequisite year this fall, which consists of one of these options: MQP Family Faith Formation, MQP Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, or enrollment in a Catholic school.
+ If you have a child in 2nd grade and in sacramental preparation this year, they are welcome to sign up for CGS Level II. Children receiving First Eucharist in the spring of 2025, please email CGS@mqp.org and adriana.alvarez@mqp.org.
The fee for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program is $120 per child. Your registration will not be processed without completing this step.
